How to get here
If you’re driving, you’re almost there when you see the “Storsätern” sign just before Nedre Fallet. After about 200 meters, turn left through Hemgården’s main entrance. Parking for the houses and cottages is straight ahead, and to the right you’ll find the entrance to Gunnar’s Campground.
If you’re traveling by public transport, the bus stops 50 meters from the main entrance.
You can travel with Fjällexpressen by coach directly from Stockholm, or take the train from Mora and then bus 396, which comes straight to us. Tickets can be booked through SJ to cover the entire journey, including both train and bus.
